You state that you have the legal right to use and submit this/these text, graphics, videos or photos.
We may use your name and your geographic location (city, state, country) in identifying where the submitting party was from.
You agree to hold harmless Saratoga150, and its affiliates, from any legal action associated with your submission.
You accept that the submission may not be used due to duplication, good taste, or for any reason in the sole judgment of Saratoga150 and its affiliates.
Saratoga150 may clarify, modify or shorten your submission and reserves the right to edit your submission at its sole discretion.
Your submission will be displayed on the Saratoga150 website at the discretion of Saratoga150.
Your submission may be used by Saratoga150 in perpetuity at the discretion of Saratoga150.
Your email address will only be used for administrative purposes of Saratoga150 and will not be shared with third parties.
